Returns: You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Each order contains 3 posters. To start a return, contact us through the form on our Support page with your order number. Returns are accepted even if the posters have been installed. Returned Kubiworld products are collected for recycling whenever possible.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, send us your order number and a photo through the Support page and we will arrange a replacement. There is no need to send the damaged item back.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
